We, Freedom Debt Management, ("we") use public and nonpublic personal
information about our customers ("you") provided to us or collected by
us in connection with the conduct of our business and providing credit counseling
services to our customers. We are committed to maintaining the privacy of your
information as described in this Privacy Notice. We may provide such
nonpublic personal information to third parties or to our affiliates:
(a) with your authorization, (b) to the extent we believe it is
reasonably necessary to provide our services for your benefit, or (c) in
compliance with any subpoena, court order, or legal process, that we
determine, in our sole and absolute discretion, to be necessary or

public through no violation of this Privacy Notice shall no longer be
construed as "nonpublic personal information" hereunder. |
